2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointment Scheduling & Changes

Appointments are confirmed through our patient coordination team. Because we reserve dedicated clinical time for each individualized assessment and procedure, we kindly ask for advance notice if your travel or schedule changes.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice

Please notify Dongahn Central Clinic at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment by calling +82 2 790 7377 or emailing info@dongancentralclinic.com if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Timely notice allows us to accommodate your new preferred time smoothly.

Refunds

Pre-Procedure Cancellations: If an advance booking deposit was paid and a cancellation request is submitted within the eligible notice period prior to receiving treatment, the refundable amount will be processed back to the original payment method (international card refunds typically take 5–14 business days depending on your card issuer).
Medical Suitability: If Dr. Nam Seong Han determines during your in-person medical evaluation that a pre-paid procedure is medically unsuitable or contraindicated for you prior to treatment administration, any pre-paid treatment fee for unrendered services will be refunded.
Completed Procedures: Fees for medical consultations and procedures that have already been performed cannot be refunded.
